Founded in 2002, TLC Glass is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and application of new material technologies. Our business scope includes the independent development, application promotion, and assembly production of glass protective lubricants and sealing glass.
With years of technical accumulation, our company focuses on the research of glass protective lubricants for metal hot forming processes, sealing glass solders, and sealing devices, classified as new functional materials. The glass protective lubricants are primarily used in the manufacturing of high-end metal materials in aerospace, marine weaponry, nuclear power, and other fields. These lubricants are applied to the metal surface at room temperature and provide oxidation protection and lubrication during heating and thermal deformation processes, ensuring the precision of metal products and improving material structural performance. Sealing glass enables the sealing and welding of glass with various metal and ceramic materials. It offers advantages such as variable shapes, oxidation resistance, durability, and ease of use, and is mainly used in semiconductor components, 5G communications, optoelectronic sensors, co-fired ceramics, solar power generation, and other technical fields.

Empowering High-End Manufacturing with Special New Materials
The company boasts a professional R&D center equipped with advanced experimental, production, and testing equipment. We are certified under the national and military dual quality management systems and recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a Zhongguancun high-tech enterprise, and a specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Beijing.

TLC Glass has authored two national military standards and one industry group standard. We have received the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize) and hold nine invention patents and eight utility model patents.
Our products are widely used in aerospace, electronics and communications, mechanical and medical fields, and are exported to countries and regions such as South Korea, India, Belgium, and Japan.

Road map

2002: TLC Glass was founded.

2006: Established the first production line—a ball milling and crushing production line, achieving semi-automated production. This allowed for better control of product quality, reduced labor intensity, and increased production efficiency.

2007: Built the first sealing glass production line, officially dividing the company's products into two major categories: melting film and melting seal.

2008: The company passed the national military standard GJB9001A-2001 and the national standard GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 dual quality management system certification. It was awarded the outstanding military supplier by Shenyang Liming Aero Engine (Group) Co., Ltd., Aviation Industry Corporation of China. Additionally, the company won the "Qinling" engine award.

2009: Multiple domestic metal seamless pipe extrusion machines were established. With supporting extrusion lubricants, the company captured a significant share of the domestic market, reaching a production value of over ten million yuan.

2011: The company built its own kiln production line, achieving mass production of extrusion lubricants.

2012: The company broke the foreign monopoly by supporting Northern Heavy Industries' 36,000-ton vertical extrusion and successfully developed a new extrusion lubricant, achieving mass production. It also overcame technical barriers in the production of thermos flask sealing glass beads, reaching mass production.

2013: The company's first invention patent, "Stainless Steel Extrusion Glass Lubricant," was authorized.

2015: The wholly-owned subsidiary Langfang Tian Sixing was established, completing the overall relocation of the production department. The company acquired property, and the headquarters office began renovations. The company won the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize).

2016: The company headquarters moved to the Yizhuang Economic Development Zone, completing the overall relocation. Low-temperature glass solder achieved mass production through technical breakthroughs and process improvements.

2017: The company led and issued the first national military standard "High-Temperature Sintered Ceramic Coating Specification." Lead-free thermos flask solder technology was successfully developed, reaching small-scale production. The company was awarded the title of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit" by the China Patent Protection Association.

2018: The company acquired 30 acres of land in Tai'an, Shandong Province.

2019: The company's party branch was established. The TO series products experienced explosive growth, with annual revenue exceeding 50 million yuan for the first time.

2020: The first cleanroom factory was built, and the company added a new sector—device manufacturing.

2021: The company was recognized as a Zhongguancun High-Tech Enterprise and was identified as a "Specialized and New" SME in Beijing. It was awarded the leading unit for the group standard "Glass Protective Lubricant for Metal Hot Forging" by the China Forging Association.

2022: The company invested 50 million yuan to build a modern standardized factory in Tai'an, Shandong. It led the drafting of the national military standard "Engine Oil Tank Glass Specification" and the group standard "Glass Protective Lubricant for Hot Forging."

2023: Tianli Chuang completed Series A financing. The group standard "Technical Specification for Glass Protective Lubricant for Metal Hot Forging" was officially released and implemented.
